How To Order

How do I place an order?

Select the item(s) you want to purchase, chose the quantity (in metre) you require and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. The item(s) will automatically be added to your shopping cart and you will have the option to continue shopping or view/edit your shopping cart. Click on "Checkout" button and follow each step required, your order will then be processed.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

If you can place an item in the shopping cart it means the item is in stock and will be despatched immediately.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

If you are in the UK, items normally arrive in 2 - 3 working days.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there are any questions regarding your order, please log onto your account online and click on "View Messages" and send us message by filling in the fields as required on the form. Can I order from overseas?

Yes, we deliver to all countries worldwide. Please refer Delivery page for costs.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

Yes, you have the option to change the billing and shipping address when processing the order.
